(GER) has been conducting research and development of devices in the field of alternative energy sources since 2004. We have been designing and manufacturing educational kits that contain many of the devices and much of the software we have developed. Many of these devices are the latest available technology in the field of alternative energy.
What is green energy?
Green energy, also referred to as alternative energy, is a catch-all phrase that refers to electricity produced without the combustion of oil, coal or their derivatives, (gasoline or kerosene). When we combust these products inside boilers, turbines and internal combustion engines (automobiles) one of the main by-products is carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas. What is a fuel cell kit?
A Fuel Cell kit is an educational kit that teaches young people about alternative energy and specifically about how hydrogen can produce electricity inside a fuel cell which would power your laptop or inside a new car like the Honda FCX or the GM Equinox.
Our focus is on:
• Modular, educational fuel cell kits for the K-12 as well as college students.
• Reduction of energy usage and general improvements in the efficiency of HVAC systems.
Our mission:
• To educate the technical community, educators, students and the general public on renewable energy alternatives.
• To improve the energy efficiency of existing systems.
